Hi, I’m Nikki - a Career Success Coach based in London, UK, here to help you change your life!
Firstly, congratulations on getting this far to finding success in your career. Knowing that you want to make a change and are motivated to take action is the first step.
I know this because I have done it. Alongside my coaching practice I am still working the 9-to-5 as Commercial Director for a Global Consultancy and am part of the DevelopHer team, an initiative bringing together and elevating women in technology.
A few years ago I had a life overhaul. I realised I wasn’t where I wanted to be so I picked up the self-help books, found myself a coach and set about creating my dream life and career.
At first I didn’t know where to start or what I actually wanted but I knew I didn’t want to stay where I was. I couldn’t keep living the same old life.
Fast forward 4 years and I am a colleague of The Coaching Academy which is accredited by ICF – International Coach Federation, The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and is an approved supplier for Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Services (ELCAS).
I am also a DISC profiler, a behavioural assessment tool to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication and have been featured on the BBC, in the Huffpost and Thrive Global, among other titles.
I now coach ambitious professionals looking for clarity in their career and help them to see that they can have a job that they love. Alongside my 1:1 programme and online course I also speak at conferences and company offices in motivation, confidence and networking - I truly believe that with the right support and guidance you can achieve your full potential and the career you have always wanted - you just need to know how and where to start.
Oh and have I mentioned we have a Facebook group especially for professionals like you? Join Working 9-to-5 and be part of a community of people just like you looking for support and guidance in their career.
